So today I turned 22. It’s been a good day, didn’t really open any gifts because my parents got me a TON of furniture for my apartment. It’s nice, it’s been chill, everyone’s been in a good mood, I definitely can’t complain :)
I was thinking, and I know I made a post about this earlier, but when I write to you guys, it really keeps me motivated. I’ve been going to the gym a lot when I can, which isn’t super often anymore, but happens at least 2-3 times a week. My diet’s been slowing slipping, however. I hardly count calories lately, which is fine, but I also overeat when I don’t.. which is NOT okay. I’m only about 3-4 pounds heavier than what I started at the beginning of the summer, but I really wanna lose to get down to 130, or even 125 (which would be *great!*). Next weekend I’m going out to celebrate my birthday with friends, so I’ll be drinking, then the week after I’ll be focusing on moving in, but starting the week of August 14th, I’m getting my butt in check. I’m cutting out most (if not all) alcohol, buying NO “junk food” so no chips, cookies, candy, ice cream, etc… so really I’ll be eating healthier again, and I’ll be going to the gym more regularly because I can stop by right after work, since I’ll be living much closer to where I work.Then the week after, school starts, so I’ll be in a schedule and keeping up the routine will be much easier. I got this!
And this go around… soda is outta the question :) We’ll see how long it takes for 10-15 pounds to come off. I’m gonna make myself a better me. :)
