To get to my healthy goal, I work to keep my caloric intake at about 1200-1400 calories a day (closer to 1200, though). I lift weights 3-5x a week and run 3-6x a week.
—I have a huge commitment to my school and grades, though. If I have an exam during the week, it is much more difficult for me to get to the gym that week or run. I try to make time, but usually focus all of my extra time and energy on studying (no matter how bummed I am about missing workouts!)
