Ok, well I mean, I could always be happier with my weight, BUT, last week, after working out hard and eating right, I lost 0.6 lbs. This week, I partied a little too hard Saturday and didn’t have time to work out all this week, except last night when I went on a 3 mile run with my roommate. I ate right though, aside from Saturday. So naturally I figured I would either maintain my weight or even gain.
This week’s results: 3.2 lbs lost!! That brings me back down and below my pre-spring break weight! 136.2 lbs. Ahhhh!!! :D Super happy. Great start to the day :) Now, I ‘ve gotta take a med/surg exam over the GI and Renal systems. I’m nervous, but I studied all I could, so no matter what I did the best I could for this! Eeek!
